I did CELTA in 2008 and have taught in over 10 different countries since then.
I did DELTA and finished my MA in Cultural Anthropology in the same year, 2015. I specialized in Exams for DELTA, and my MA thesis was about teaching English and Popular Culture.
I have been a teacher, teacher trainer (also a CELTA tutor), and DOS in my career. I have taught all levels imaginable, and all types of courses, too. I have developed materials and created assessment schemes.
I have worked with other teachers as a colleague and Director of Studies, attended and presented at conferences, tutored CELTAs, and organized teacher training courses and events in Europe, Asia, and North America.
I have worked for language schools (this is also how I started my career post-CELTA at IH Moscow), public schools (elementary, high school, and universities), and as a freelancer
I am also a health coach and I use these skills to support language teachers in creating and maintining a thriving, balanced, sustainable life.
